Artisan Glassware Supply Agreement & Consumer Rights Act 2015
These terms govern the sale of hand-crafted reproduction glass vessels supplied by Delivery Research Glassware Studio (Trading name of E. Vance, US Artisan Studio LLC — Small Batch Heritage Glassware Workshop) through deliveryresearch.org. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Because each vessel is individually mouth-blown and annealed, minor variations in wall thickness, subtle seed bubbles, and hand-ground stopper frosting are inherent characteristics of artisan glassmaking and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Payment is accepted via Direct ACH / Studio Invoice Transfer upon pro-forma order generation. Orders are scheduled for studio dispatch upon payment receipt.
Under the US Studio Consumer Protection Policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Returned glassware must be in pristine, unwashed condition in its original packaging.
