Mouth-blown heavy-wall amber glass retro glass flacon featuring authentic 1924 vertical mold fluting and a precision ground penny-head glass stopper.
Cast using an original two-part iron mold sourced from a Manchester glassworks. The deep honey-amber hue is produced with traditional iron-sulfur batch additives, offering natural protection for light-sensitive botanical curiosities and teas.
Hand-finished in Boston by skilled glassworkers. Subtle variations in bubble distribution, wall thickness, and pontil markings testify to authentic artisan execution.
Heavy-density soda-lime crown glass (3.8mm wall thickness). Hermetically ground penny-head glass stopper (joint ratio 14/23). Annealed in an electric lehr at 540°C.
Rinse by hand with tepid water and mild linen soap. Apply a micro-film of pure mineral wax to the ground stopper joint once yearly for smooth rotation.
Housed in a rigid double-walled craft presentation box with custom fluted paper cushioning and hand-numbered studio certificate.
Tracked parcel delivery dispatched within 24 hours from our Boston studio. Break-free guarantee on all US domestic shipments.
